Direction to Aberchalder Lodge
Invergarry, Inverness-shire. PH35 4HN

From the North (Inverness):- Take the A82 from Inverness (signed Fort William)

Continue through Fort Augustus towards Invergarry

Before the Aberchalder Swing Bridge you will see a sign for 'Aberchalder Lodge' on the Left

Take the private single track road up to the Lodge

From the South (Perth):- Take the A9 North towards Inverness

Turn Left onto the A889 (signposted Dalwhinnie, Spean Bridge and Fort William)

At T-junction turn Left onto the A86 (Spean Bridge)

At Spean Bridge turn Right onto the A82 (Invergarry)

Pass the Commando Monument at Invergarry, follow road to Fort Augustus and Inverness (A82)

Cross the Aberchalder Swing Bridge

150 yards on your Right at the left turn bend you will see a sign on the Right saying 'Aberchalder Lodge'

Take the private single track road up to the Lodge

 

Directions to Leac Cottage

From the North (Inverness):- Take the A82 from Inverness (signed Fort William)

Continue through Fort Augustus towards Invergarry

Cross the Aberchalder Swing Bridge

Just after the Swing bridge at the corner there is a small car park with a public payphone

At this car park there is an Aberchalder Estate Gate

Go through the gate and follow the single track road half a mile until you see Leac Cottage ahead on the Right

From the South (Perth):- Take the A9 North towards Inverness

Turn Left onto the A889 (signposted Dalwhinnie, Spean Bridge and Fort William)

At T-junction turn Left onto the A86 (Spean Bridge)

At Spean Bridge turn Right onto the A82 (Invergarry)
